The band have various packages available to suit a wide range of budgets. It can appear purely as Boulevard Swing, or with numerous other vocalists, featured musicians or International guest stars. We can even perform as a reduced ensemble of 7 or 8 if this is more suitable for your event. Boulevard Swing has rapidly evolved into one of the finest swing bands in the region and now boasts five saxophones, one doubling clarinet, four trumpets, four trombones and a superb rhythm section comprising piano, bass, rhythm guitar and drums. All this is complemented by our excellent resident vocalist, Mark Godfrey, as well as our "guest" female vocal trio, In Harmony and solo female vocalist, Sarah Cox.
Where do you gig?
The band have performed at corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, music festivals and is booked this year to play on the Grand Pier, Weston-super-Mare, as the main support act on stage for Des Henley's Fumble Christmas Party, putting the swing into Christmas as only Boulevard Swing possibly could! All this, as well as charitable events and themed occasions like the 1940s night in Hutton in September this year make the band ideal for your function, whatever its form.
